Marshall Wesley Brown

Mr. Marshall Wesley Brown, age 81 of Calhoun, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. He was born in Forney, Alabama on May 9, 1932.

Mr. Brown was a veteran, serving his country in the US Navy. He was of the Christian faith and was a Baptist.

He leaves behind his wife of 59 years, Annie Mae Bagley Brown; three sons, Marshall T. Brown of Point Pleasant, WV, David Brown of Buford, GA, and Kenneth Brown and his wife Peggy of Calhoun; a daughter, Jeannie Hornbuckle of Calhoun; grandchildren, Joseph Bryant of Burbank, CA, Triston Brown of Calhoun, Loria Stoll of Nashville, TN, and Gabbie Brown and Georganna Brown of Calhoun; and great-grandchildren, Javion Bryant, Javon Bryant, and Jazlyn Bryant of Burbank, CA, Brandon Stoll, Kayla Stoll, Katy Stoll, C.J. Stoll, Chance Williams of Point Pleasant, WV, Jewaan Williams of Charleston, WV, and Rayn Dax Arthur.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Marshall Wesley Brown will be held Tuesday, April 22nd at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Sammy Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Pallbearers are Triston Brown, Tim Brown, Kenneth Brown, Harvey Bagley and Chad Wiley.

The Brown family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Monday, April 21st from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
