Mary Frances Garrett

Mrs. Mary Frances Garrett, 74, of Adairsville, died Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Redmond Hospital. She was born on April 13, 1943, daughter of the late L.W. Buttrum and Daisy Wade Buttrum. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, George Buttrum and two grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Garrett; sons and daughters-in-law, Doyal William Edwards of CA, Charles Randell and Christy Haney of Powder Springs, and Ed and Katrina Haney of Calhoun; daughters and sons-in-law, Ann and Adam Foster of Dalton, Velvet and David Baldwin of Calhoun, and Billie Williamson of Adairsville; sisters and brother-in-law, Bertha and Gary Manis of NC, Martha Buttrum, and Charlotte Broadrick; 18 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted of Saturday, August 12th at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral home. Rev. Gary Jarrett will officiate. Burial will follow at Pine Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers serving are her grandsons. The family request that flowers be omitted and donations be made in her memory to the Mary Frances Garrett Memorial Fund.

The Garrett family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, August 11th from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
