Mary Louise Tucker

Mary Louise Brackett Tucker, 77 of Calhoun, died Friday, February 3, 2017. She was born in Cobb County on January 29, 1940, daughter of the late Ernest D. Brackett and Mary L. Samples Brackett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband in 2003, Kenneth Don Tucker; and a sister, Dorothy.
She retired from Cornett Industries and attended Creekside Fellowship.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, James D. Tucker and AnnMarie; a daughter and son-in-law, Lynn Tucker Reynolds and Robert E.; brothers, DeWitt Harbin Brackett and Jimmy Mitchell Brackett; grandchildren, Richard Dean Lickteig, Kenneth Lee Tucker, Tina Marie Chitwood, LeeAnn Lickteig, and Derek Lickteig; great-grandchildren, Harley, Dakota, Rachel, Ashley, James, Destiny, Grace, and Scott; and great-great-grandchildren, Aireanah and Zana.
A graveside service will be held Monday, February 6th at 2:00 p.m. from Floyd Memory Gardens, with Rev. Gary Brookshire officiating.
The Tucker family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, February 6th from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
