Michael Robert Weathers

Mr. Michael Robert Weathers, 57 of Rising Fawn, GA died Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at his home following several months of declining health. He was born in Duluth, GA on May 18, 1959, son of the late Olin Robert Weathers and the late Frances Lydia Weathers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Tony Weathers; and a sister, Lisa Weathers.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Joan Lavonia Haney Weathers; his sons and daughter-in-law, Sonny and April Turner of Rising Fawn, Timothy Young of Rising Fawn, and Eddie Young of Jackson; his daughters and sons-in-law, Sonya and Dennis Stephens of Rising Fawn, Edith and Dale Busby of Calhoun, and Penny Stanley of Calhoun; his brothers and sister-in-law, David Weathers, and Mark and Judy Weathers, all of Winder; fifteen grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Honoring Michaels wishes, his body will be cremated, and there will be no services.
