Myrtle Garrison Jones

Mrs. Myrtle Garrison Jones, age 85 of Calhoun, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Oakview Health and Rehab in Summerville, GA. She was born in Sand Mountain, Alabama on August 28, 1928, daughter of the late Luther and Mattie Hawkin Garrison.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, L.D. and Patsy Faw of Dalton, and Jerry and Laurie Faw of Calhoun; two daughters, Joanne Faw Hayes of Calhoun, and Kimberly Jojola of St. Augustine, FL; grandchildren, Elina Warren, Richie Richardson, Dede Glaze, Jodi Spitler, Heather Johnson, Dustin Estes, Josh Faw, and Caleb Faw; and great-grandchildren, Leah Nilsen, Lauren Myer, Trevor Holbert, Tanner Richardson, Austin Richardson, Ella Spitler, Hutton Spitler, Caden Johnson, and Jana Johnson.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Myrtle Garrison Jones will be held Saturday, February 15th at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating.
