Mr. Clifford Nathan Silvers age 24 of Fairmount died Thursday December 28th from injuries received in an automobile accident.
Mr. Silvers was born in Gordon County on March 3rd, 1982, son of Roscoe Silvers and Linda Hughes. He attended the Gordon County Public Schools and was of the Church of God Faith.
Survivors include his wife Page Parker Silvers, two sons; Nathan Chase Silvers and Christian Parker of Fairmount and two daughters; Delina Turner and Rebecca Turner of Fairmount. Parents, Roscoe Silvers of Fairmount and mother Linda Hughes and her husband Talmadge of Blairsville, GA. Two brothers; George Eric Silvers and his wife Maranda and Hubert Corey Silvers. Grandparents, Ola Mae Hughes of Blairsville and Mary Sullins of Blairsville.
Funeral services for Nathan Silvers will be held Sunday at 3:30 PM from Fairview Church of God with Rev. DaRon Henson, Bill Tatum and Tommy Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Music will be arranged by Mabel Harris, Mary Wilson and Iris Parker. Pallbearers serving will include Stevie Silvers, Wendell Silvers, Jim Bailey, Don Dochl, Steve Boyd, Robert Parker, Jeff Nichols, and Jason Mullins. Honorary pallbearers will include Calvin Silvers and Daniel Mullins. The family will receive friends Saturday after 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
