Mrs. Patricia Ann Watson, age 64 of Calhoun, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Gordon Hospital. She was born in Hamilton County, Tennessee on March 6, 1944, daughter of the late Willard and Helen Cornelison Davis. Mrs. Watson was a member of the Plainville Church of God of Prophecy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Watson; a brother, Michael Davis, and a sister, Tina Goforth.
Survivors include a son, Chris Watson; two daughters, Brandi Watson, and Connie Callahan and her husband Michael; a brother, Terry Davis and his wife Lycia; and grandchildren, Jamien, Christopher, and Jaleigh Watson, all of Calhoun. Other relatives also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia Watson will be conducted Monday, December 15 at 2:00pm from the Plainville Church of God of Prophecy, with Rev. Jerry Gaddis officiating. Interment will follow in the Chandler Cemetery. Active pallbearers will include Dwight Davis, Jeremy Davis, Jerry Newport, Blake Newport, Brian Goforth, James Goforth, Kevin Goforth, and Travis Bartsch. These gentlemen are asked to meet at the funeral home Monday at 1:00pm. Honorary pallbearers will be Timmy Stanfield, Mark Stanfield, and Johnny Stanfield, and they may meet at Plainville Church of God of Prophecy at 1:45pm. The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Sunday from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.
