Patsy Ann Burchett

October 21, 1939 — August 14, 2008

Mrs. Patsy Ann Fox Burchett, age 68 of Calhoun, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2008 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. She was born in Gordon County on October 21, 1939, daughter of the late Claude Franklin Fox and Julia Alexander Fox. She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church. Mrs. Burchett was preceded in death by her husband Jack Lewis Burchett; two sons, Danny Ray Burchett and Steven Lamar Burchett; a brother, Larry Fox and a sister, Doris Morrow.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law; Scotty and Teresa Burchett, and Keith and Tamara Burchett, all of Calhoun; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Don and Maria Fox of Calhoun, and Eddie Fox of Calhoun; five grandchildren, Sheena Green, Tara Smith, Bryan Burchett, Wesley Burchett and Cody Burchett; and one great grandson, Nolan Green. Other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Patsy Ann Fox Burchett will be conducted Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Woody Lee officiating. Singing will be arranged by Iris Parker. Interment will follow in the Fain Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include Mark Fox, Desmond Fox, Brian Fox, Steven Fox, Eric Fox, Rodney Biddy, Jeff Morrow and Benny Morrow. These gentlemen are asked to meet at the funeral home on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. The family will begin receiving friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Friday at 6:00 p.m.
