Paul F. Payne

Mr. Paul F. Payne, age 70 of Calhoun, passed away March 9, 2008 in Cartersville. He was born in Whitfield County on October 9, 1937, son of the late William E. and Lela Waddell Payne.

Survivors include sisters; Nell Gentry and Edna Pack, and a nephew, Roger Dale Johnston, all of Calhoun.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday beginning at 2:00pm until the funeral hour of 4:00pm. Funeral services for Mr. Paul F. Payne will be conducted Tuesday at 4:00pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Gary Gentry officiating. Burial will follow in Chandler Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Jimmy Gentry, Robin Gentry, Ricky Gentry, and Roger Dale Johnston.
