Obituary

Polly Ann Neal, 93, of Fairmount, Georgia died Monday, April 5, 2021. She was born on May 16, 1927 to the late Elbert and Millie Tanner Thurman. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Elmo Neal; siblings, Everett Thurman, John Thurman, and Herman Thurman.
Polly was a member of Mt. Pleasant in Bartow County. She enjoyed gardening and loved being outdoors. She worked at Ed Lacey Mills before retiring.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Jerry Ballew; granddaughter, Paige Fouts; great grandchildren, Raylee Fouts and Chris Fouts.
The graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 1:00 PM from the graveside of Pleasant Grove (Ryo) Baptist Church Cemetery with Bishop Terry Jones and Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating. Pallbearers are, Steve Brannon, Larry Rogers, James Childers, Terry Fouts, Chris Fouts, and Ed McDaniel. Honorary pallbearers are, Blake Brannon and Mark Boswell.
