Randall "Randy" Eugene Payne

Randall "Randy" Eugene Payne, 69, of Gordon County, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. He was born on June 4, 1954, to the late James H. and Pearly Mae Payne. Randy was preceded in death by his brothers, James Robert Payne and Michael O’Neal Payne; sisters, Barbara Wyatt and Margaret Bagwell.

Randy is survived by his sons, Randall L. Payne (LeAnn), Keith E. Payne, Thomas Lee Payne (Heather), Neal Payne, and Herschel Payne; brother, Roy Thomas Payne; sister, Kathy M. Payne; grandchildren, Taylor Payne, Chelsea Payne Newport, Curtis Payne, Harley Payne, Donaven Payne, Saleana Payne, Amanda Swindle, Alex Payne Swindle; and several great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 1:00 PM from Haven of Rest Memorial Park with Rev. Hershell Pierce officiating. Pallbearers are Trenton Payne, Devin Henson, Shane Swift, Taylor Payne, David Biggs, and Roy Payne.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
