Rebekah Dorthia Sosebee

Ms. Rebekah Dorthia Sosebee, age 34 of Resaca, GA passed away Friday, November 22, 2013 at Erlanger Medical Center. She was born in Whitfield County on June 24, 1979, daughter of Lamar and Katie Wilson Sosebee.

Rebekah had been employed with Mohawk (Chatsworth) for 15 years as Sample Coordinator. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Alan and Tish Sosebee; and a sister and brother-in-law, Felicia and Jerry Matthews; and nieces and nephews, Jessica and Miranda Sosebee, and Trey and Ethan Matthews.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ms. Rebekah Dorthia Sosebee will be held Monday, November 25th at 2:00 PM from Concord Baptist Church, with Bro. Sammy Allen and Bro. Jerry Matthews officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Music will be arranged by Wesley Morrison. Active pallbearers will include Vinnie Staley, Samuel Allen, Derrick Cronan, Steve Johnson, Brian Sosebee, Teddy Welch, Freddy Welch, and Doug Wilson.

The Sosebee family will receive friends at Concord Baptist Church beginning Sunday, November 24th at 2:00 PM and continuing on Monday until the funeral hour of 2:00 PM.
