Obituary

Robert Lee Henry Millsap, 59, died Monday, October 12, 2020, at Floyd Medical center, following several weeks of declining health. Robert was born in Rome on December 20, 1960; he was the son of the late John Henry and Myrtle Louise Lawson Millsap. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Dorthy Davids, Arron Millsap, Howard Millsap, and Johnny Long.
Robert is survived by his daughters, Maranda and her fiancee, Scott Hobbs, and Amy Millsap; his grandchildren, Austin Garcia, Christian Davis, Shane Davis, Brian Millsap, Cheyenne Patterson, Hunter Patterson, Tate Patterson, and Michael Jones; his great-grandchildren, Alex, Derek, and Athna; his brothers and sisters, Daniel Millsap, John Millsap, Betty Millsap, Ruth Leming, Lucille Millsap, and Sue Carnes; his many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
The Millsap family will receive friends on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. from the funeral home chapel. Burial services will be private.
