Rodney Pierce, 53 of Plainville, died Thursday, December 29, 2016. He was born in Tate, GA on July 9, 1963, son of the late T.C. Pierce and Doris Craig Pierce.
He worked for Fox Systems and was member of Calhoun Full Gospel Fellowship.
He is survived by his daughters, Jessica Pierce and Jennifer Wall and her husband Preston; brothers, Randy Pierce and his wife Brenda, Ricky Pierce , and Ritchie Pierce; sisters, Gail Bramlett and her husband Larry, Connie Smith and her husband Raymond, Pam Puckett and her husband Keith; grandchildren, Coby Buffington, Anna Buffington, Lana Buffington, Justin Buffington, Amberley Wall, and Preston Wall II; special friends, Ginger Fox, Sandra Hammonds, and Steve Guyton; and nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Services for Mr. Pierce will be held Saturday, December 31st at 11:00 a.m. from Calhoun Full Gospel Fellowship, with Rev. Hershel Pierce and Rev. Todd Bomar officiating. Interment will follow at Ryo Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers serving are Ritchie Pierce, Randy Pierce, Ricky Pierce, Keith Puckett, Larry Bramlett Jr., Preston Wall, Ginger Fox, and Rudy Scott. The family suggests, that instead of flowers, donations be made to help with burial expenses, Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home P.O. Box 1027 Calhoun, GA 30701.
The Pierce family will receive friends on Friday, December 30th from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. from Calhoun Full Gospel Fellowship.
Services for Mr. Rodney Pierce are under the care and direction of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home of Calhoun.
