Ronald Blankenship

Ronald “Daggie” William Blankenship, 72, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023.

He was born on February 28, 1951, to the late Grady and Grathel McBee Blankenship. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his aunts and uncles, Morene McBee Arnold, Patty McBee Barton, Johnny McBee, and Gene McBee.

Daggie was a member of the Coosawattee Lodge #306 F&AM, Echota Van Shrine Club, and Atlanta Yaarab Temple.

He is survived by his uncle, Larry “Buck” McBee; and his dear friends and caregivers, Kathy and Ranal Young. Cousins and other relatives also survive.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 1:00 PM from Haven of Rest Memorial Park with Masonic Graveside Rites.
