Ronnie Dale Greene

Mr. Ronnie Dale Greene, age 56, of Calhoun, passed away Thursday, April 26, at Cartersville Medical Center. He was born in Gordon County on June 25, 1950, son of the late Woodrow and Wilma Johnson Greene. Ronnie was employed in the textile industry at the Sample Barn, and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Greene and Gail Greene, a sister, Wanda Moore; and a very special nephew, Terry Dale Crowe.

Survivors include a brother; John Greene of Calhoun; a sister, Joan Crowe and her husband Marvin of Calhoun; a nephew, Shane Moore, and a niece, Tammy Stephens.

Funeral services for Mr. Ronnie Greene will be conducted Sunday, April 29, at 3:00pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Ryo Cemetery at Pleasant Grove Ryo. Active pallbearers will include Marvin Crowe, Shane Moore, Clarence Hancock, David Hancock, Jackie Hancock, Gary Hancock, and Roy Pierce. These gentlemen are asked to meet at the funeral home Sunday at 2:15pm. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday between the hours of 1:00pm and 9:00pm.
