Rosa Lee Couch

Miss Rosa Lee Couch, age 79 of Calhoun, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Floyd Medical Center. She was a life-long resident of Gordon County, born on December 30, 1933 to the late Julius and Beulah Stamey Couch.

During her lifetime, Miss Couch was employed in the textile industry. She was a member of New Zion Baptist Church.

She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Miss Rosa Lee Couch will be held Thursday, June 27 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Lamar Bearden and Rev. J.E. Glass officiating. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery. Active pallbearers will include David Stamey, Harold Stamey, Bob Stamey, Larry Stamey, Jimmy Moore, Jerry Hudson, Keith Patterson, and Lee Holder.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Wednesday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
