Ruth Bramlett Grubbs

Mrs. Ruth Earlene Bramlett Grubbs, 77 of Calhoun, died Friday, April 22, 2016 following several years of declining health.

She was born in Gordon County on August 19, 1938, daughter of the late Clarence Bramlett and Carrie Wilson Bramlett.

Mrs. Grubbs is survived by a son, Anthony (Tony) H. Weeks; brothers, Lamar Farrell and Charles David Bramlett; grandchildren, James Weeks and Elan Weeks; and a great-grandchild, Nathan Lee Wright, Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 28th at 2:30 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Bartow County.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour of 2:30 p.m.
