Sally Ann Kinsey

Mrs. Sally Ann Kinsey, age 59 of Calhoun, passed away Monday, December 17, 2012 at her residence following several years of declining health. She was born in Hamilton County, TN on June 10, 1953, daughter of the late Leslie and Loraine R. Bowman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Bowman; a sister, Kathy Bowman; and a granddaughter, Kendra Kinsey.

Survivors include her husband, Harvey Lee Kinsey; five sons, Johnathon L. (Jay) Johnston, Tony Kinsey, Eric Kinsey, Timmy Kinsey, and Larry Kirby, all of Calhoun; a daughter, Tina R. Douglas of Jellico, KY; three brothers, Leslie Bowman, Jr. of Birchwood, TN, Vernon E. Bowman of Wartburg, TN, and Carlton D. Bowman of Cleveland, TN; and three sisters, Marlene K. Weaver, Gwendolyn D. Caldwell, and Felicity J. Porter, all of Cleveland, TN. Grandchildren surviving are Amber Postell, Samantha Kinsey, Jessica Kinsey, Kile Kinsey, Cody Kinsey, Cory Johnston, Daniel Pickens, Keri Kinsey, Austin Kinsey, Dakota Kinsey, Kaice Townshend, Blake Freeman, Tyler Johnson, Jeffery Cooper, Jeremy Cooper, Jessica Williams, Jennifer Brown, Justin Cooper, Brian Starkes, Montana Starkes, and Edward Kirby; and great-grandchildren, Aiden Williams, Kayla Williams, Luke Brown, Austin Brown, Pasely Johnston, Brody Hancock, Daylen Kinsey, Riley Kinsey, and Annabeth Kinsey.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sally Ann Kinsey will be held Wednesday, December 19th at 1:00pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. James Holder officiating. Interment will follow in the Fain Cemetery.

The Kinsey family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
