Savannah Jane Pryor

Little Savannah Jane Pryor, infant daughter of David and Sheena Kirk Pryor of Ranger, died Sunday evening, March 16, 2008 in Scottish Rite Children's Hospital in Atlanta.

Survivors include her parents, David and Sheena Kirk Pryor of Ranger, and one sister, Taylor. Grandparents include Eddie and Kim Moss Kirk of Ranger, Tammy and Patrick Burchett of Calhoun, and David and Leanne Pryor of Kentucky. Great grandparents include Truett and Yvonne Moss of Ranger, Clay and Linda Woody of Calhoun, Marvin and Pattie Jones of Resaca, Fran Burchett of Calhoun, and Charlotte Abbott of Calhoun. Uncles, Dennis Haney and Mark Haney of Calhoun, and aunts, Lyric Kirk and Ashlyn Kirk of Ranger, and Shalinda Deal of Dalton also survive. Great aunts and uncles include Karen Hand Moss and Truett Moss II of Calhoun, Amber Moss Lambert and Scott Lambert of Ranger, and Jan Moss Micheli and Tom Micheli of Dayton, Ohio. Cousins are Truett Moss III, Alexis Moss, Anna Lambert, Tyler Lambert, Reagan and Trusten Micheli of Ohio, Debbie Basham Gurley and David Gurley of Gainesville, Georgia, Alyssia Haney, McKaelyn Haney, Jacob Deal, Isiah Deal, and Corbin Deal.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Tuesday evening between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Funeral services for Little Savannah Jane Pryor will be held Wednesday at 1:00 PM, from New Town Baptist Church with Rev. David Ray officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers serving include Dennis and Mark Haney. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, 1001 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342-1605, or the Pleasant Hill Cemetery Fund.
