Shannon Marie Sheriff

Shannon Marie Sheriff, 37, of Calhoun, died Friday, June 30, 2017 at her home following an extended illness. She was born in Gordon County on August 23, 1979, daughter of Willard and Marie Nolan Hall.
Shannon was a 1998 graduate of Gordon Central High School. She had a smile and laugh that was contagious. She had a big heart, and would do anything for anybody. She had a strong love for the Lord and her family, especially her girls and her husband.
She leaves behind her high school sweetheart and loving husband of 18 years, Jake Sheriff; her daughters, Leah Marie Sheriff and Hannah Grace Sheriff; her parents, Willard and Marie Hall; a brother and sister-in-law, Willard and Patty Hall, Jr., of Gaylesville, AL; a sister, Vanessa Connie Hall of Calhoun; grandparents, Lloyd "Boots" Hall, and Bertha Upton, Jean and Pat Bivens; great-grandmother, Ruby Thomason; and special nieces, Kirsten Hall of Piedmont, AL, and Constance Hall of Calhoun.
Services to honor the life of Shannon Marie Sheriff will be held Wednesday, July 5th at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Max "Bud" Fuller officiating. Interment will follow in Crane Eater Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include Anthony Moore, Josh Childers, Donald Childers, Gage Jones, Vincent Hall, and Caleb Sheriff.
The Sheriff family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 4th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the 'Shannon Sheriff Memorial Fund' % Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1027, Calhoun, GA 30703.
