Shelba Fay Williams

Mrs. Shelba Fay Williams, age 74 of Kennesaw, GA passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Kennestone Hospital.

Mrs. Williams was born on September 19, 1939 In Cobb County, GA, daughter of the late Leon and Ruthell Edmondson Wofford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Williams, and stepfather, Western Crawford.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her son, Mark Williams and his wife Mary Jo of Kennesaw; a sister, Linda Dawson of Arizona; two brothers, Lamar Crawford of North Carolina and Jimmy Crawford of Cartersville; a granddaughter, Alyssa Powell; and a great-grandchild, Aubrey Powell. Nieces and nephews, and a cousin, Gentle Lee Brannon of Calhoun also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Shelba Fay Williams will be conducted Saturday, November 9, 2013 from Winkenhofer Funeral Home in Kennesaw, with Rev. Danny Hix officiating. Interment will follow in the Pine Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Williams will be carried on Saturday to Winkenhofer Funeral Home to lie in state from 11:00 am until the funeral hour.
