Obituary

Sherrie Lee Duncan, 59, of Calhoun, died Monday, January 21, 2019 at Redmond Regional Medical Center, following several years of declining health. She was born in Bartow County, GA on March 4, 1959, daughter of Faye Reagan Smith and the late Frank Townsend. She was preceded in death by her step-father, Larry Smith.
Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Tim Duncan; her daughters, Heather Ogle Bridges (Robert), and Stephanie Ogle; a step-daughter, Rebekah Duncan; her mother, Faye Reagan Smith; grandchildren, Staci Bridges, Christopher Bridges, Lily Green, Will Bridges, Morgan Tidwell, Kaitlynn Tidwell, Bo Gilreath, and James Gilreath; and brothers, Mitchell Lee and Michael Lee.
Services to honor the life of Sherrie Lee Duncan will be held Friday, January 25th at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Keith Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Pallbearers serving will include Robert Bridges, Harvey Blackstock, Mitchell Lee, Barry Duncan, Bob Wetzsteon, and Bobby Serrit.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, January 24th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
