Stacie Kyle Blackstock

Stacie Kyle Blackstock, age 32 of Fairmount, GA passed away Thursday morning, September 18, 2014 at her home. She was born in Dalton, GA on June 23, 1982, and was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Silvers, Jr. in 2002; and grandparents, Glenn and Callie Blackstock, and Bobby Parker.

Prior to her illness, Stacie was employed with K-Mart.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Kyle and Joe Silvers of Fairmount; father and step-mother, Jackie and Charlotte Blackstock of Pensacola, FL; sisters, Crystal Blackstock of Calhoun, and Susie Dupree and her husband Chris of Calhoun; grandmother, Martha Ann Parker of Calhoun; and nieces and nephews, Dylan Blackstock, Jacob Blackstock, Blake Dupree, Brandi Hunter, and Allie Blackstock.

Services to celebrate the life of Stacie Kyle Blackstock will be held Saturday, September 20th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Perry Blackstock and Rev. Lamar Long officiating. Music will be arranged by Pat Graham and Pam Long. Interment will follow in Damascus Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Hedden in charge of the committal service. Active pallbearers will include Steve Silvers, Dylan Blackstock, Allen Hill, Colby Hayes, Kenneth Blackstock, and Russell Bryant. Honorary pallbearers are Wesley Morrison, Eric Hayes and Jeremy Parker.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 10:00 AM until the service hour of 2:00 PM.
