Stephanie Nicole Cochran

Stephanie Nicole Cochran, age 30 of Calhoun died Friday, January 9, 2015 at Redmond Medical Center.

Stephanie was born in Whitfield County, GA on January 22, 1984, daughter of Amanda Jones Bridwell and the late Stacy Cochran. She was a member of the 2003 graduating class of Gordon Central High School, and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. In addition to her father, Stephanie is preceded in death by grandparents, KC and Juanita Jones, and great grandparents, Frank and Odessa Cochran Nelson.

Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Amanda and William Bridwell of Resaca; a son, Dakota Joiner of Resaca; sister, Kelli Cochran of Plainville; brothers, Brandon Cochran of Calhoun, and Seth Cochran and Bailey Cochran, both of Plainville; Grandparents, Donald and Jeanette Cochran and George and Rebecca Bridwell; and her fiance, Kevin Wilson. Several aunts, uncles and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Stephanie Nicole Cochran will be conducted Tuesday, January 13th at 1:00 p.m. from Salem Baptist Church, with Rev. Stephen Cochran and Dr. William Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in Campbell Cemetery, with Rev. David Hardin officiating. Mr. Nathan Stinson will have charge of the music. Pallbearers serving will include Brandon, Bailey and Seth Cochran, Brian VanDyke, Tucker Bridwell, Brett Stephens, Nathan Wyatt and Johnny Worley. Honorary pallbearers will include Pete Cochran, Donald Cochran, George Bridwell, Keith VanDyke, Larry Gallman, Leon Jones and Jeremy Jones.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 12th after 5:00 PM at Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home.
