Stephen Chastain Marshall

Mr. Stephen Chastain Marshall, age 64 of Calhoun, GA died Thursday, November 17, 2011 following an extended illness.

He was born on September 10, 1947 in Fulton County, GA, son of the late Leo Chastain Marshall and Frances Taylor Marshall. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Martha Taylor Marshall on September 2, 2009.

Mr. Marshall was a veteran, serving his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era, and was retired from the construction industry.

Survivors are three daughters, Chastity Miller and her husband Andrew of Fairmount, GA, and Trina Hudson and Shea Langlotz, both of Missouri; a sister, JoAnn Allen of Oxford, MS; and a brother, Tony Marshall of Atlanta. Grandchildren surviving are Ethan Miller, Harley Miller, Emily Nigles, Evelyn Langlotz, Zachary Langlotz and Wendy Nigles. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Stephen Chastain Marshall will be conducted Sunday, November 20th at 11:00am from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 9:00am until 11:00am.
