Steven Mcdaniel

Mr. Steven Jerome McDaniel, age 58 of Rossville, GA, formerly of Calhoun, died Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Park Ridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. He was born in Floyd County, GA on September 27, 1954, son of the late Ralph and Ruby Kinsey McDaniel.

Steven was a self-employed auto-body repairman, and was a member of Plainville Lodge #364 F&AM.

Survivors include a son, Anthony McDaniel; a brother, Philip McDaniel; a sister, Brenda Roberts; and two grandchildren, Abigale McDaniel and Oaklen McDaniel, all of Calhoun. Nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Steven Jerome McDaniel will be held Sunday, August 4th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Larry Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery. Active pallbearers will include Morris Wilson, Jim Fisher, Lewis Tilley, Al Savard, Johnny Gurley, and Raymond Nelson.

The McDaniel family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Saturday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
