Tammy Kaye Gray

February 3, 1969 — September 26, 2011

Mrs. Tammy Kaye Gray, age 42 of Calhoun, passed away Monday, September 26, 2011 at her residence following several years of declining health. She was born in Gordon County on February 3, 1969, daughter of Sara Mae Holden Kinsey and the late James Albert Kinsey.

Survivors include her mother, Sara Mae Kinsey; two sons, John Garrett Stewart and Chad Robert Stewart and his wife Lori, both of Calhoun; a daughter, Tabatha Brook Kinsey Manley and her companion Brian McKee; four brothers, Roy Lee Kinsey and his wife Elysia, Kenneth Lamar Kinsey, Marvin Shane Kinsey, and James Willis Bohannon, Jr. and his wife Kathy, all of Calhoun; and six sisters, Sara Ellen Kinsey of Calhoun, Linda Sue Posey and her husband Wayne of Adairsville, Charsie Faye Smith and her husband Eddie of Calhoun, Judy Mae Tow of Calhoun, Kathy Carol Pell and her husband Jerry of Calhoun, and Sendy Jane Stewart and her companion David Barnette of Resaca. Other survivors are grandchildren, Jastyn Tamara Manley, Trenton Kyler Manley, Bella Adriana Stewart, Heidi Aspen Bell, and Rylee Nicole Ford; and a special friend, Waymon Curtis Chastain.

Funeral services for Mrs. Tammy Kaye Gray will be held Wednesday, September 28th at 11:00am from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. Active pallbearers will include Justin Kinsey, Chandler Pounders, Justin Manley, Bennie Franklin, Bobby Stone, and Austin Treadaway. Interment will follow the service in the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
