Terry Lee Wilson

Mr. Terry Lee Wilson, age 42 of Calhoun, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2010 at his residence following a year of declining health. He was born on May 29, 1967, son of Eddie and Glenda Wilson.

Terry was a graduate of Calhoun High School, class of 1985, and had earned an Associate Degree from Dalton College, and a Bachelor's Degree from Kennesaw State. He was employed with Wal-Mart for 21 years as a Department Manager.

In addition to his parents, survivors also include his wife of 22 years, Cindy Leigh Wilson; a daughter, Tori Lane Wilson; a brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Sherri Wilson of Adairsville; a sister, Karen Wingate of Plainville; special in-laws, Clarence and Linda Black; a sister-in-law, Sherry Sullivan and her husband Marlin; four nieces, Lea Wingate, Bailey and Jocee Wilson, and Sharika Kinsey and her husband Justin; three nephews, Adam and Blake Sullivan, and Stephen Wingate; and special god-children, Missy Bullock, Jasmin, Valeria, Andreia, Roman, and Anatee Sanchez.

Funeral services for Mr. Terry Lee Wilson will be conducted Wednesday, March 24th at 3:00pm from the Fellowship Baptist Church in Plainville, with Rev. Richard Webster and Pastor Dwaine Shadix officiating. Interment will follow in the Franklin Cemetery. Active pallbearers will include Alec Franklin, Michael Young, Justin Kinsey, Greg McGuire, Tony McGuire, and James Broome. These gentlemen are requested to meet at the church Wednesday at 2:30pm. Honorary pallbearers will be Wal-Mart associates, and they are requested to meet at the church at 2:45pm.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
