Obituary

Tina L. Bearden, 85, of Calhoun, Georgia died Monday, December 21, 2020 after 6 months of declining health. She was born on November 16, 1935 in Whitfield County to the late Delmer and Bessie Morgan Babb. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Rev. John L. Bearden; son; Johnny Bearden and a sister, Marth Ann Babb.
She was a seamstress for many years. She was a member of Calhoun First Baptist Church of Calhoun.
She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Danny and Marilee Bearden and David Bearden; daughter and son-in-law, Martha and Alan Dobbs; sister, Jeanette Welch; grandchildren, Shannon (Andy) Bailey, Jonathan Walraven, Chase Bearden, Micah (Pamela) Bearden, Zack Bearden, Kylie Bearden, and Carry Bearden; great grandchildren, Emily Bailey, Mac Bailey, Bo Bailey, Hannah, Katie, Willow Bearden, and Nolan Bearden; great great grandchild, Silas.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 11:00 Am until the service hour of 1:00 PM at Calhoun First Baptist Church of Calhoun, with Rev. John Barber, Rev. Eddie Brannon, and Rev. Danny Bearden officiating. Burial will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery. Her Grandsons will be serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are, Faith Seekers Sunday School Class.
The graveside service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 11:30 from the Georgia National Cemetery.
