Tina Marie Holden

Mrs. Tina Marie Holden, age 42 of Resaca, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2009 at Heritage Health Care Center following an extended illness.

Mrs. Holden was born on March 29, 1967 in Gordon County, daughter of the late Melvin Ray Bramblett and Irene Holland Bramblett. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Donna Kemp. She was a member of the Hill City Baptist Church.

Survivors are her children, Tiffany Holden, Tonya Holden, and Tamara Stone, all of Calhoun, and Taylor Barton of Resaca; a grandson, Darrius Stone of Calhoun; a sister, Pam Caplinger and her husband Billy of Resaca; three brothers, Mike Bramblett and his wife Ann, Ricky Bramblett, and Timmy Bramblett and his wife Sherri, all of Resaca: and a brother-in-law, Philip Kemp of Resaca. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Tina Marie Holden will be conducted Saturday at 11:00am from the Hill City Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Carl Balliew officiating. Active pallbearers will include Timmy Bramblett, Adam Bramblett, Eric Harper, Mike Phillips, and Joe Lumpkin. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday beginning at 9:30am.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made toward the funeral expenses.
