Obituary

William Tolbert Gallman, 81, of Calhoun, died Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Hamilton Medical Center. He was born in Gordon County on January 30, 1938, son of the late Millard Jeff and Carrie Wilson Gallman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mollie Brooks Gallman; and his sister, Shelba Ables.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Teresa Whitfield Gallman; his sons and daughter-in-law, Randy and Karen Gallman, Brooks Gallman, and Taylor Gallman; his daughters and son-in-law, Cindy and Jeff Henderson, and Tammy Gallman; his grandchildren, Zachary (Michelle) Gallman, Austin (Jenna) Henderson, Britt (Kyle) Smith, Tyler Russell, Mollie Russell, and Tanner Gallman; his great-grandchildren, Braxton Gallman, Grayson Lingerfelt, Weston Gallman, Ada Smith, and Everleigh Henderson; his sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Barry Hice; and his brother-in-law, Joel Ables.
A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, September 2nd at 11:00 AM from Fain Cemetery, with Terry Timms and Taylor Gallman officiating. Pallbearers serving will include Zach Gallman, Austin Henderson, Tyler Russell, Tanner Gallman, Kyle Smith, and Kolton Casey.
