Wilburn L. Mcdonald

Mr. Wilburn Lee McDonald, age 69 of Calhoun, died Saturday, January 4, 2014 at a Rome hospital following a sudden illness. He was born in Gordon County on November 22, 1944, son of the late Eugene Taff McDonald and the late Dora Elizabeth Payne McDonald. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis E. McDonald.

Survivors include two sisters, Libby Lowery of Ellijay, and Mary Owens of Spartanburg, SC; and nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Mr. McDonalds body will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
