Wiliam Sinnamon

Mr. William Arthur Sinnamon, 71, of Calhoun died at Cartersville Medical Center on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 following several months of declining health. William was born in Copper Hill, Tennessee on April 23, 1946; he was the son of the late Carl and Louise Harrison Sinnamon. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Marlin Hall. William retired from Old Dominion Freight Lines as a truck driver. He was a member of East Calhoun Church.
William is survived by his wife of more than forty-four years, Geneva Sinnamon; his sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Melinda Sinnamon, Tommy and Christy Sinnamon, and Mark and Sabrina Crane; his daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Wayne Jones, Donna and Mike Fite, and Crystal and Danny Dean; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The Sinnamon family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m.
The funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from East Calhoun Church. Mr. Sinnamons body will lie in state at the church on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Pastor Keith Reid and Pastor Tim Reid will officiate. Pallbearers are Dale Williams, Chris James, Randy Gilbert, Robert Karl, and Brayden Jones.
