William Coaker

Mr. William Coaker (Alabama) Lee; age 79 of Richardson Road; Calhoun, Georgia; died Saturday, September 02, 2006 at the Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia.

Mr. Lee was born on March 26, 1927 at Lincoln, Alabama; son of the late M.L. and Essie Bone Lee. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Dora Etta Lee. During his lifetime; Mr. Lee was employed by Shaw Industries.

Mr. Lee is survived by one daughter; Teresa Bunch and her husband, Darrell of Calhoun, Georgia. Two sisters; Mary Alice Whitfield Ray and her husband, Bobby of Calhoun, Georgia; Emma Gene Young and her husband, James of Dalton, Georgia. One brother; Roland (Shorty) Lee and his wife, Doris of Calhoun, Georgia. Grandchildren; Preston Smith, Tranquila King and her husband Aubrey, Quintin Bunch, and Heather Bunch. Four Great Grandchildren. Nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. William Coaker (Alabama) Lee will be conducted Monday at 11:00 A.M. at the Chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating. Pallbearers serving will include; Joe Groomes, Ricky Whitfield, Randy Whitfield, Chad Bell, Stacey Bell, and Tony Bunch. Burial will follow the service in the Chandler Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home Sunday evening during the hours of 5 until 9 p.m.
