Wilma Sue Mcelrath

Mrs. Wilma Sue McElrath age 79 of Ranger died Thursday April 9th at Floyd Medical Center following a brief illness.

Mrs. McElrath was born in Cohutta, GA, on December 7, 1935, daughter of the late Hubert and Leona Hagin Reagan and was a homemaker and loved her family dearly and was a Baptist. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.R. McElrath in 1997.

Survivors include two son's, Rodney McElrath and his wife Sarah and Randy McElrath all of Gordon County, grandchildren, Kim Sitten and her husband Brian of Calhoun and Hannah and Rebekah McElrath of Calhoun, two great grandchildren, Bryson and Kaylee Sitten of Calhoun along with nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The funeral service for Mrs. Wilma Sue McElrath will be held Saturday, April 11th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. DaRon Henson officiating with interment to follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Pallbearers serving include; Michael Lee, Mitchell Lee, David Reagan, Ronnie Reagan, Edward McDaniel and Brian Adcock.
